PACODET (Pallisa Community Development Trust) PACODET is a community based organisation established in 1989, to provide a better quality of life to the rural poor in the Pallisa district in Uganda. PACODET focuses on community health, food security and environment through its development programs. PACODET operates in 10 parishes accross Pallisa district and benefits about 100,000 people. Its activities are mostly funded by subscription from individual members.
