Jim Pickens is a fictional character created by Irish YouTuber Kevin O'Reilly, also known as Call Me Kevin. Jim is the main character in Kevin's The Sims 4 videos where Jim commits numerous crimes against fellow sims, notably enslaving Sims in his basement and starting a cult.
