Die Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan is a brewery in Freising, Upper Bavaria, Germany. It is probably the oldest brewery in the world still in service.

Located within the Weihenstephan Abbey ontop of the hill „Weihenstephaner Berg“, it is located in Weihenstephan which is part of Freising.

The brewery is owned and governed by the State of Bavaria.
