[edit]Scott Radvan is a seasoned ICT professional with broad leadership and mentorship experience. He is a dual Australian + New Zealand citizen living in Wellington.
[edit]Throughout his career, he has been applying his high levels of diagnostic and mentoring abilities. Determined, committed to best practice, and thriving in a range of organisational cultures, styles, and structures, he has a natural ability to assess situations and formulate and apply solutions.
Born on the 3rd of April 1979 to parents Dr. George Radvan and Colleen McGill, Scott always had a penchant for computers and tinkering with things at such an early age. He also had such fascination for astronomy and the great beyond.
Having been raised in Newcastle, NSW in a medical family and also studying ICT in Brisbane, QLD he then moved to Wellington in 2015 to further his experience. He has a background in a range of sectors:

He is a technical generalist and a quick learner who thrives on regular achievement.
He has broad experience mentoring and leading others by driving best practices, by identifying and advocating for the unique potential in everyone so that they may find and enhance their own strengths, once they see it in themselves.
His main driving philosophy in ICT is continuous improvement – acknowledging that perfection cannot be achieved, but by the same token helping ensure that we grow and improve via shared empowerment and ultimately improving the customer experience.
In his personal time, he enjoys road trips, cooking, and yoga.
