Julia Kugel is a songwriter and musician (born 21 September, 1982). She is a member of The Coathangers, Soft Palms[1] and Julia, Julia.[2] In 2017, Julia and her husband Scott Montoya created Happy Sundays, an annual free music festival taking place in Long Beach, CA.[3]
