My name is Scott. I am in my 50's (too lazy to update this more often than every ten years), work and live in NYC.

I have written a couple of books about Risk Management, and work as a Risk Consultant for a number of companies, mostly defense related.

I guess that I just have a compulsive need to fix things that need to be fixed. I've only made a couple of minor edits, but I plan to keep it up.
