Eric Enderton

Eric Enderton is a computer graphics engineer who currently develops software for <a href=http://www.nvidia.com/page/gz_home.html>NVidia</a>.

Raised in Santa Monica, California, Enderton briefly attended Harvard University, which he hated. After returning to California, he did his undergraduate work at the University of California, Berkeley. While studying there in the 1980s, he played keyboard in a Nigerian band. Enderton has toggled back and forth between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area for most of his life.

Enderton worked on a number of major motion pictures, including Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, 101 Dalmations, and Jurassic Park. He also worked on Terminator 2: Judgment Day, which brought the field of computer graphics for motion pictures onto a whole new level; modest by today's standards, it transformed the field of computer graphics.

Enderton lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Elaine, the well-known cellist.
