The Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal is an open-access, student-run journal on education law that is published bi-annually. It publishes articles on legal and policy issues in elementary, secondary, and higher education written by legal scholars, educators, and students.[1][2] Many articles are included in the Education Law Commons.[3]
