The origin of this cult/family is Hoyovere created game called Genshin Impact. Over two years this game became popular really fast. On October 31th Hoyoverse published a Scaramouch design. Fan base of Scaramouch went wild. They started to put on they's profile photo as the Scaramouch design. But all this cult/ family is nice and supporting. And I love them. RISE SCARANATION
