Hello and welcome to my user page.

I am a 5th year Ph.D. student in the Biophysics program at UC Berkeley, and I am interested in pursuing a career in Patent Law. In preparation for work as a Patent Agent and coursework as a future law student, I am taking coursework in IP and Cyberlaw taught by Prof. Brian Carver in the School of Information. One of our assignments involves the writing and reviewing of relevant Wikipedia entries.

In my sandbox you can find my current work on a draft for Wolk v. Kodak Imaging Network, a recent DMCA 512(c) [notice and takedown] case which also addresses injunctions brought under the less frequently discussed 512(j) section of the statute.
