Scott Kelly attended Texas State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Criminal Justice. He also earned certification in Paralegalism.

Novels

[Sic] is a young adult fiction novel which came out in July of 2012. Frightened Boy is a dystopian thriller which came out in December 2010.
