I am a secondary account of another user. I have informed the Arbitration Committee regarding primary account as seen in here. I created this mostly for organizational reasons--I was using my primary account for monitoring COI/autobiography pages, and my watchlist had become clogged up (over a thousand pages) and it had become much harder navigate and to edit my regular articles. Thus, this account helps me prevent that. My previous account had also garnered me some webstalkers, including one person who found out my real name and town via my username, so I'll be using this account if I need to make any 'controversial' edits that might garner such reactions. I am not using this account for "sockpuppet" purposes--I.E. participating on the same AFD along with the regular account or whatever sockpuppets do.
