Career
[edit]She Joined Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in 2005 till 2012. Now she is working as a Senior Civil Police Officer in Kerala police ,also she is coach in Kerala police athletic team.
she is participated in Asian Walking Championship Japan 2010 achieve 6th position in 20 kilometer and also get 6th position in 2010 Commonwealth games Delhi,Participated 2010 Russian Walking Championship achieved 1st place in Indian athlete. she is getting national medal continuously from 2001 to 2012, and 2005 to 2018 achieved various medals in All India Police Athletic Championship 10 kilometer Walking. Now she is participating different Marathons in India.

Personal life
[edit]Born in Wayanad district of the state of Kerala. She is the youngest child of Jolly Joseph, a farmer and Elsy Jolly. She has an elder sister Soumya. Sandhya graduated from Vimala College, Thrissur. She married Jinto P D on 15 December 2004
