This user account is a bot operated by SagaUser (talk). It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. This bot does not yet have the approval of the community, or approval has been withdrawn or expired, and therefore shouldn't be making edits that appear to be unassisted except in the operator's or its own user and user talk space.
Administrators: if this bot is making edits that appear to be unassisted to pages not in the operator's or its own userspace, please block it.

Details of the bot's task (or tasks) :

Bot performs articles addition and editing on behalf of content managers from external cooking web site. 
Process in general as follows: content manager adds article on cooking web site and then may opt to publish it to wikipedia using bot. Bot publishes all content as is from cooking web site to wiki. Later on if content manager alters article text it may opt to update article on wikipedia using bot.

Intermittently. Rate depends on Content Managers count. In general high during content edition and low all other times. Updates to content are not frequent.

Bot is written in C# on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 platform. Bot is get runned from external cooking web site on behalf of content manager (CM pushes the button on the page to run the bot).
