Evans Mabato, was born on 12th of July 2002 and grew up at Seshego township in Polokwane in the Limpopo Province. Evans attended junior school at Phishego English Primary School,at his primary he was always rembered by his speech at grade R graduations when he introduced himself by saying " My name is Evans Mphoko Mabato, when i grow up i want to be a Primier". He liked singing and was also a hardworking young man. Prior his grade 7 farewell celebration, he was encouraging and collecting a polish "Kiwi" containers and recycling cut boxes as the school entered competitions to win money. The school won and resulted to pupils eat at a farewell function.

In 2015, he started his grade 8 at Mohlakaneng High School where he was also sported as a good debator during English class. Evans Mabato was also one of the forefront learners who demanded teachers during the right to learn marche at Mohlakaneng High School in 2015.

Evans Mabato in 2017 was elected as the chairperson of the Mohlakaneng High debating team, in 2018 Evans Mabato won the best chairperson of Polokwane Municipality Mayor's Cup representing Mohlakaneng High School. He was also a member of the Polokwane literal fair 7th & 8thPolokwane Youth parliament.

In 2020 February, Evans Mabato was elected as the President of the Representative Council of Learners at Mohlakaneng High School,nonetheless he also got elected as the deputy President of the Representative Council of Learners at Pietersburg Circuit.
