Sa_sylvan has taught English and grammar. Her teachings included many ESL students who struggled with the English language. Using her teaching skill sets, she began educating adults within Corporate America. Others found her to be an expert in what she was training, and she than began writing content. She incorporated instructional design and curriculum development into the documentation that was created. Moving forward in her career, she was asked to analyze training and business processes within call-center operations. Sa_sylvan began writing content for business process change. Working with teams, she developed knowledge bases and often wrote many blogs and wikis to assist the companies and organizations to streamline documentation. She currently assists teams in knowledge base writing and supporting Humanitarian and Disaster Relief efforts around the world.
