Truro HC 2nd XI are the defending champions. The four entered teams will contest single-elimination semi-finals and a final to determine the champion.
The Women's Cup will be contested by all 18 eligible teams. The four lowest-ranked teams (based upon their 2016-17 league finishing positions) will contested Round 1, with the remaining 14 granted a bye to Round 2. The four top-ranked teams will be seeded into separate sections of the draw. Caradon HC are the defending champions.
