I am a Full Professor of Polymer Science at Aston University, Birmingham, UK. Our research is focussed on the design, synthesis and self-assembly of new polymers for a wide range of applications. I teach General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Polymer Science. I am also a Guest Professor of the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, P. R. China. I am a member of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), Polymer Division, Subcommittee on Polymer Terminology, which brought me to Wikipedia editing in 2017.
