Who is SO1FP?

I am a part time soldier with varied interests in life.

I was born in the United Kingdom in Wales, but now live in South Africa, in Gauteng.

I was born in 1967, so that makes me middle-aged now I suppose.

I am fluent in English and Afrikaans, speaking both languages on a daily basis at home and at work.

I have only started contributing to Wikipedia since January 2015, so please excuse my mistakes as I learn.
