• Making 3D models and 2D drawings for Machined Parts like Brackets, Ribs, Stringers etc.. , Sheet metal Parts like Angles, Stiffeners, Doublers etc.. Inspection of Hawk, Jaguar, LCA parts as per drawing reference and compare with
the CAD model. Overview of the process involved for making final product which is
mentioned in the Route book.
Preparing the snag for rework operations which has to be performed.On hand
experience on the various instrument and measuring gauges used for the inspection
activities. Good command on the study of 2-D drawings. using IFS, updating of
cleared/tagged items for further operations. knowledge about quality documents in
line with international standards like AS 9100 'C' .
