WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Mental health is the most neglected topic in our society.which in result have increase number suicide attempts,depression in people,and many other things. One should always take care of own physicl as well as mental health. When we talk to others or any stranger also we always make sure we are always polite and not rude. our words will not harm them.these precaution we should also take while dealing with ourself.

The person whom you talk to the most , who you know the most , and the one who's words affect you the most is the most is our own. so try to be nicer to your self... stay happy and motivated always. when you are really happy from inside you always glow differently...

10 october is celebrate as World Mental Health Day. various camp and tours have been planned to increase awareness about mental health. World Health Orgination is on front for this awarness camp.
