Indian Patent Office Scam

Dear people,

       I am the applicant, inventor and owner of Indian patent application numbered 201741016055.

NOTE:- This application contains multiple inventions.

       "Reduction of Industrial Pollution through Air heating" is one of the invention in above mentioned patent application. This invention is described in Paragraphs(25,26,27,41,42,69,70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79,80,81,82,86,87,88,89,90,91 & 92), Claim(14) and Figures(6,7 & 8) of patent application.

       But some Corporates and others are trying to take my Patent rights into their control for their selfish needs. So, I have decided to make this invention as Public domain. In order to make this invention Public domain, I have withdrawn my patent application.

       But the Indian Patent Office (Chennai) members helped the people who are trying to take my patent rights. Patent office members have helped by not completing the Withdrawal process of my application.

       I have all the proofs about this issue.

Proof(1):- In the system generated Approved withdrawal letter issued by Patent office. My name (Applicant name) was mentioned wrongly at the column of Applicant details.

       Instead of my name "Anumala Srinivas", wrong name was mentioned as "Anumula Naveen Kumar".

Question:-How the name will be mentioned wrongly in a System generated letter?

       This is the proof to say that Indian Patent Office have been involved in the scam. You can go through the website to confirm this.

Proof(2):- In Indian Patent Website, all patents will be listed into five categories. In Process, Granted, Refused, Abondoned and Withdrawn.

       If my patent was really withdrawn, than my patent application  must be listed in "Withdrawn" category but my patent is still listed in "In Process" category.

Question:- How it will be happen in a minute-to-minute updated Website?

       This is the proof to say that Indian Patent Office have been involved in the scam. You can go through the website to confirm this.

Proof(3):- In Indian Patent Website, the status of patent applications will be visible. That means, the status of my application should be visible as "Withdrawn".

       But in website, the status of all patent applications are invisible. And when I have asked the patent office members about this, they are saying that because of COVID-19, we are not showing the Application status.

Question:- What is the relation between COVID-19 and Invisibility of application status? (All other activities like Publishing journals are running as usually in Website)

Question:- Without giving any notice, how such an activity "Invisibility of Application status" will be made in Website? (You can go through the all notices and updates in Website)

       This is the proof to say that Indian Patent Office have been involved in the scam. You can go through the website to confirm this.

Dear people, this is a very huge scam since Indian Patent Office is involved. This Intellectual Property Rights are established to protect inventions.

But, what is happening in reality?

There is no need to make a huge scam for a normal invention. But here a huge scam have been happened. It is clear that it is not a normal invention.
