The 2015 FIFA Club World Cup is a proposed edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, a FIFA-organised international club football tournament between the top continental club finishers from each of the six continental confederations, as well as the national league champion from the host country.

The new format proposes 32 teams, with 12 from UEFA, 6 from CONMEBOL, 4 from CONCACAF, 4 from AFC, 4 from CAF, 1 from OFC and the 1 host.

    OFC: Normally, there is a play-off between the 2012–13 and 2013–14 winners of the OFC Champions League. There was no playoff as Auckland City won both editions of the competition.

    UEFA CL 1: The second semifinalist, Real Madrid, had already qualified by winning the 2014 UEFA Champions League Final, meaning that the quarterfinalist with the highest coefficient, Paris Saint-Germain, qualified.

    UEFA CL 2: All semifinalists during the 2013–14 UEFA Champions League had already qualified meaning the quarterfinalist with the highest coefficient that had no already qualified, Manchester United, qualified.

    UEFA EL: Benfica were runners-up in both the 2012–13 and 2013–14 UEFA Europa League vacating the second UEFA Europa League runner-up spot. Juventus qualified as the furthest UEFA Europa League finisher with the highest coefficient between 2012–14 that has not already qualified for the Club World Cup.
