John Jubilee
[edit]John Jubilee is the inventor of The John Jubilee 88-Day Transformation™. Developed from his personal frustration with an endless trail of “yo-yo”, up and down programs, since 1997 the program has transformed people from all walks of life. During his own "Transformation" he lost 30 pounds of fat, reduced his waistline by 6 inches, gained lean muscle mass resulting in a classification by a national life insurance company as “super preferred” when purchasing a policy. The success and science behind “The John Jubilee 88-Transformation™” is now recognized and endorsed by fitness, health and business experts throughout the United States.
Description
[edit]Aspects of the program include clinically supported protocols for;
- Cardio Exercise - the John Jubilee proprietary lower body exercise
- Diet[1]
- Hydration[2]

Program participants receive a manual and credentials to access a secure portion of the Jubilee Transformations web site.
Clinical Trials
[edit]In late 2011 Jubilee Transformations began clinical trials to evidence the benefits of the program. Dr. Son D. Le of Brentwood TN, Dr Steve Samudrala along with researcher Dr. Dennis Lawhun will track the results and progress of 70 program participants.
