User:Run what ya brung
Wikipedia has been a big part of my life for 20-odd years, but I have not contributed nearly as much as I would have liked. I want to change that now. I plan to focus mostly on spelling/grammar/formatting cleanup.
My areas of interest include, but are not limited to, cars, sports, aviation, transportation infrastructure, geography (especially political geography), flags/anthems (mostly from an aesthetic perspective), geopolitics, history, languages, ephemera, music, film, theatre, video games, neurodiversity, and social justice. English is the only language I am fluent in, but I can read and understand Spanish and French at an intermediate level and also know a bit of Japanese.
"Run what ya brung" (which is admittedly ungrammatical) is a type of auto racing event where participants bring their own car to the track or drag strip. I use the term metaphorically for self-acceptance.
I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every person.
(I'll add infoboxes and fancy stuff later)
