Currently, I am a student at Harvard Extension school and hoping to apply to the GSAS program next semester. I am taking Future of Music because I have a great interest in music although I was never professionally trained. I feel this class will be very interesting because we will get an insight into the future of music and look at how music plays a role in many medias of entertainment. Last semester I also took a music class with Wayne Marshall and it ignited an interest to keep learning more about music. Although music is very creative it is also very technical and I would like to learn both sides of the spectrum especially the later. I love music but I also realize that I have *a lot* to learn in this complex field. My dream is to become an entertainment lawyer and work with gifted artists. I want to take these classes so I share some kind of knowledge with the people I will be working with in my future profession. I may not be an artist but I would always like to be surrounded by their talent. =)
