Sasharia En Garde is a 2015 fantasy novel by American author Sherwood Smith, originally published in 2009 as two separate books, Once a Princess and Twice a Prince.

[edit]Sasharia En Garde was originally published as two novels in 2009, Once a Princess and Twice a Prince.[2][3] Smith had written them as a single story, but the publisher Samhain felt her effort was too long for a single novel. Smith explained that "it was meant to be one story though the events fall into two parts, the reason for the POV swaps is not made clear until the end of the second part."[1] In 2015, the two were combined into a single novel.[4]
