I am a technical/science editor based in London. Educational qualifications: science A-levels (zoology, chemistry, physics); MA English Lit (Cambridge University 1969); BSc Geology (Edinburgh University 1980); MSc Mineral Exploration (Imperial College, London, 1982). Edited "Transactions of Institution of Mining and Metallurgy" (3 sections: Geology, Mineral Processing, and Mining Engineering) 1985–96. Subsequently a freelance technical editor. Interested in all things natural history and science.
