Will the costs of the regulation outweigh the benefits? Why? What are some other possible solutions to this problem that might be more efficient? i do not think that making the kids get a key to thier locker will help because the perpetrator didn't need a key in the first place, why would he need one now. plus say there are 300 kids in the school and they are all trying to get in thier lockers at the same time. they only have 5 minutes, there isnt enough time for everyone to get the key. the janitor doesnt know what locker belongs to who, he could be giving the key to the perpetrator himself.

the cost will greatly outweigh the benefits. think of all the money they will have to spend on new lockers. plus time, and time is money. why doesnt the school just get cameras? then they could find the perpetrator and not ruin it for everyone else.

Should minors under the age of 18 enjoy less protection of their liberty and privacy than adults? i think same-sex marriage should be banned. violators should be punished but only the ones who are being a big distraction. because if you try and bust every single person then you are just going to start a huge ordeal with the gay community.

as with people exhibiting drunkedness, if they are being a distraction of causing dammage or putting others in harm, then they should be punished. but a lot of people can hold thier alchohol very well and know how to act.
