Welcome to my talk page. Here are some tips to help you communicate with me:
- Please continue any conversation on the page where it was started.
- Thus, if I have left a message on your talk page please DO NOT post a reply here. I will have your talk page on watch and will note when you have replied.
- Add or respond to an existing conversation under the existing heading.
- Indent your comment when replying by using an appropriate number of colons ':'.
- Create a new heading if the original conversation is archived.
- To initiate a new conversation on this page .
- If you are expressing a concern about edits made by RussBot, it is extremely helpful if you include a link to a specific page or, even better, a link to a diff showing the actual edit that the bot made. This makes it much easier to diagnose and correct problems.
- You should sign your comments. You can do this automatically by typing four tildes (~~~~).

A bowl of strawberries for you!
[edit]I apologize for my silly error, and hope this bowl of strawberries will help to make amends. Thank you for your work reverting vandals, and sorry for confusing you with the original vandal. ~Adjwilley (talk) 04:12, 18 May 2012 (UTC) |

Category:Austrians of Colombian descent
[edit]I totally agree with the speedy deletion notice you placed on this category. I left a message on the talk page of the category's creator, Carlosialfonsod, saying I thought it should be deleted – looking at his edit history I think he created it for Conchita Wurst, but as Wurst is a fictional character played by an Austrian actor, (s)he shouldn't be eligible for this category anyway, so it will remain empty. Category:Libertarian-Centrism
[edit]My bad, I didn't realize it was a category page. Thanks for letting me know. LuckyLag360 (talk) 22:19, 11 October 2016 (UTC)
An editor has suggested that the current project of piping/fixing links to New York would receive fewer objections if the discussion proposing this solution was hatted with a summary of the consensus generated therein. As you have not previously been involved in that discussion, I thought you might hat the first section of the discussion with your assessment of consensus. Cheers! bd2412 T 16:25, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
RussBot creating empty, duplicate categories
[edit]RussBot recently created several empty categories which duplicate existing categories:
- Category:Mayors_of_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Poets_Laureate_of_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Politicians_from_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Radio_personalities_from_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Sportspeople_from_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Television_anchors_from_San_Francisco,_California
- Category:Television_personalities_from_San_Francisco,_California
Please fix whatever code is causing this to happen. Thanks! —swpbT 13:42, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
- It looks like all these categories were deleted by another user a few minutes before RussBot went to edit them. I'll see what I can do to prevent this in future, although the issue is probably unlikely to recur soon anyway. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 14:11, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
- This should be fixed now. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 01:59, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
