The South Carolina Gamecocks football team, is the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina NCAA division I football team. The team is a member of the in the Southeastern Conference. They play their home games at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina.
Steve Spurrier is in his nth year (2006) as head coach of the Gamecocks.
