Bhukkhad Allowance : Bhukkhad Allowance (BA) also known as Hunger Allowance is given to RM Jaipur who is also famous in the corporation by the name of Maulana French Cut Aligarh Wale.

   The Bhukkhad Allowance is given to him for his constant hunger and want for food which urges him to eat tiffins of other staff members. In order to maintain the sanctity of the post of RM, this allowance is proposed to be started by the staff members whose tiffins have been forcefully eaten by the Maulana. The cost is proposed to be paid by starting a Swach Bharat Cess at the Corporate Office.
