I was born on 14 March 1967 and studied History, Public Relations, Archaeology and History of Arts at the University of Vienna from 1985 to 1990. Besides my History study, which I accomplished in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts, I started my professional career with jobs in various museums and exhibition spaces for modern and contemporary art in Vienna. In this field I was working e.g. as a registrar in the Kunsthalle Wien from 1993 to 1998. After some other administrative jobs in architectural and engineering offices I am working since 2005 in the administration of FH-Campus Wien, a University of Applied Sciences. Since 2010 I attended a master study in Global History at the University of Vienna, which I finished on 18 October 2012 with my master exam. On 13 November 2012 I was granted a "Master of Arts". In October 2012 I started a Bachelor in "Oriental Studies" (focusing on Arabic and Islamic studies) at the University of Vienna. I am particularly interested in History and Global History (especially Ancient Cultures, Middle Ages and Early Modern Age with a focus on the Middle East), art, European and Non-European cultures, Early Music and movies.
