I am known as RoSe-BuSTeR in the online world. I live in Poland where I'm currently a student of computer science at the Wrocław University.
I am able to contribute to Wikipedia in my native language, which is Polish, and I should also be able to prove myself a worthy contributor in English-language Wikipedia providing I have time and will for this.
In 2003 I was awarded the Certificate in Advanced English after successfully passing University of Cambridge ESOL examination. However since then I've been using English daily and thus my English has improved even more. I'm currently a very confident writer.
I have a very basic knowledge of German language - insufficient to communicate well, but it allows me, with some aid of a dictionary, to understand articles written in German.
My areas of interest include computer science, mathematics and other scientific disciplines. I keep improving my knowledge in these branches by studying here at the university and reading many scientific books.
In free time I often socialize with friends or play computer games. My biggest obsession is currently RuneScape even though this game is said to be one of the biggest time wasters online. Besides that I enjoy mostly older games, because in my opinion most of the new ones are too much concentrated on impressive graphics and they are swallowed by their visual effects losing simplicity and as a result becoming non-enjoyable. The same happens when a film abuses special effects.
I am a fan of Miles "Tails" Prower and I belong to many communities devoted to this character. Moreover I'm a furry i.e. a member of the furry fandom represented by a little two-tailed red fox.
I joined Wikipedia, because it's one of my favourite websites and a great source of information. It's been very helpful to me. This is the first place I check when I need to find information. But I also noticed some areas of Wikipedia needed improvements and some articles I wanted to find were missing, so I decided to join and hopefully contribute here from time to time. Let's just hope my laziness doesn't take over.
