Supply Chain Analytics is a technique to interrogate key supply chain historical data includes stock levels, sales history, sale demand, order fulfilment, inventory turns and future demand forecasts. the output usually presents as follows:
- Quantities, volume, values, costs, profit, margin, mark-up & percentage;
- Over time periods range - by comparing this year with last year or any period against any period;
- Against budgets or forecasts;
- Matrix, charts or graphs of customer, product, time and business sector;
- Indicator of identifying high or low performance;
- Warnings based upon key business criteria.
