The NGO founded in 2017 by Shree Pinak Roy, He is the present Central President of Rising Youth Society'. The organisation is specially working on Disaster & Emergency Management. Also working on cremation of Helpless deadbodies volunteerily. All types of emergency hospitalisation service they are providing. Along with that the team of Rising Youth Society' also working on Child and woman who is belongs to deprived tea garden area. The team Rising Youth Society is running various humanitarian activities accross the Assam State. A mobile food banking unit also running by the NGO, Which serve's the homeless and destitute peoples of the street.
