Multi-epitope vaccine^[1] is a type of vaccine that is constructed in such a way that it will contain multiple epitopes, or regions on a pathogen^[2]. The epitopes are basically those regions that are recognized by the immune system^[3]. By constructing a multi-epitope vaccine, a type of vaccine could be obtain that have the ability to stimulate an immune response^[4] against multiple parts of a pathogen. In this way , the chances of a successful immune response can be increased. In other way, we can say that its like attacking a pathogen from multiple angles, thus minimizing the chances of survival of the pathogen.
