Early Life

Paige Hathaway was born in a small town in Minnesota in 1989.[1] She was active in sports and participated in competitive soccer and staying active in order to stay fit.[2] While she dreamed of becoming a singer at an early age, she subsequently abandoned this path to complete a degree in Sports medicine.[3] With growing concern over the disconnect between staying active and being healthy, she was approached by a trainer at her local gym on the importance of health and nutrition.[4] She was persuaded into entering her first bikini competition before turning to the fitness industry as a full-time career.

Career

Hathaway’s career began when she entered the Ronnie Coleman Classic, which was a bodybuilding competition for amateurs where she would place 2nd.[5] The biggest NPC competition in the state, her performance and results gained her nationwide prominence after her second rank placement.[6] This exposure motivated her into educating herself on health and nutrition, and she committed herself to a profession in the fitness industry. She built her brand by initially attending tradeshows and exhibitions, and subsequent sponsorship deals allowed her to become more relevant in the fitness industry.[7]

Hathaway’s persistence caught the attention of the direct marketing supplement company, Shredz, which partnered with the fitness model to make her their spokesperson for the brand.[8] Hathaway is currently in talks to create a subscription based site where members pay a fee to access the rising fitness star’s advice on nutrition and fitness tips. Her brand continues to experience growth with a substantial following on various social media platforms.[9] Since then, she has experienced considerable exposure in the fitness industry, especially after she graced the cover of Fitness Gurls Magazine, a leading fitness magazine for women. She posed for the October 2013 cover and was selected on the basis of her growing fan base on social media platforms.[10] As a result of this exposure, Hathaway has been able to parlay this into speaking engagements and a sponsorship deal with SHREDZ where she currently travels across the country doing photo shoots, motivating and inspiring legions of fans through her social media accounts and building her portfolio of endorsements.

Paige Hathaway has amassed a considerable online presence with more than 697,000 subscribers on Instagram and more than 400,000 subscribers on her Facebook account.[11] She has conducted many interviews with some of the most popular fitness magazines and brands in the industry including Women’s Health Magazine and Fitness Gurls Magazine. She currently engages in speaking tours where she inspires and motivates her followers on health and active living strategies.

Paige Hathaway has participated in several bikini competition and has placed on the podium in a number of fitness competition, including the Ronnie Coleman Classic, which is the biggest NPC statewide competition in the United States.

Personal Life

Paige currently resides full-time in the state of Oklahoma in the city of Mustang.[12] She travels across the country and abroad to promote products and encourages active and healthy living through motivational speeches to audiences. She is currently single.

Hathaway continues to expand on her success with more than 2.8 million followers to date on Instagram. Moreover, she has travelled the world with her SHREDZ colleagues where she is currently on tour in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Newark,Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. She has also launched a website that sells exclusive fitness tips, supplements and nutrition advice.[13] Paige has also been very active on her Youtube channel where she has amassed a following of more than 40,00 subscribers with over 80,000 views.
