Technical PR (Technical Public Relations) Technical PR or technical public relations are names given to the process of promoting an engineering or technical company through the trade media, national media, regional or local media or social media. Sometimes the concept is considered to include tactics such as e-mail marketing, Web site content creation, the creation of online video and other forms of marketing.
The process is often confused with technology PR, which is the name assigned to promoting IT or telecommunications companies using similar means.
