I was born in 1970, which makes me 40 years old as I write this. I have a degree in Environmental Science and was a chemist for many years before moving into technology and now health-care. I'm currently pursuing a Masters in Health and Medical Informatics.
I began dabbling in Wikipedia editing in 2009 when I discovered that someone had defaced the page for my town. I figured I would fix the vandalism and just kept going. I've since contributed to a few articles and find the research fun and rewarding.
Some brief facts:
Born in New Jersey, USA
Currently live in Massachusetts, USA
Listen to Blues, Metal, and Classic Rock - and a little Punk
The official list is of course linked at the top of this profile. But I intend to keep track of the edits of which I am most proud. The list will start small, but everyone has to begin somewhere, no?
I started editing Wikipedia with just a text editor and the built-in tools. Lately I've begin using wikEd, and, though it has it's quirks it does seem to speed things up and make some tasks easier.
