The parent company Putnam Technical Group was founded in the year 2000 by Remie J. Smith. Med-Quest developed and markets an integrated clinical research and health data collection software suite for Electronic Data Capture. Med-Quest has been commercially marketed since the year 2003. Med-Quest has been in use in Universities, Hospitals and Commercial organizations through-out the United States. The term 'Med-Quest' is trademarked with the USPTO [1].
