Volvo VISTA Competition ... An annual aftersales competition run by Volvo cars and A.B Volvo (cars one year and trucks the next in rotation.) Consisting of 3 online exams undertaken by all aftersales staff in all of Volvos worldwide markets, the top 2-3 in each disipline (Service, Parts, Technician, Manager, Bodyshop) are invited to a final roleplay and written set of tests at that countries Volvo training centre. The winning individuals from these finals across the globe are then taken for a weeks all inclusive trip to Gothenburg Sweden with tours of factory facilites and tourist sights. The trip also includes an official presentation, by a Volvo director, of a "world class" plaque and certificate to be displayed back at the winners dealership.
