In the immediate future, especially the next few weeks, I should hopefully still be doing some light editing but editing levels will likely be subdued due to the aforementioned.
Over the course of my 14 years on Wikipedia I have been most knowledgeable about articles pertaining to baseball, hockey, parts of California (on occasion, Yosemite), and suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, but I also often simply make incremental minor edits, cleanup, and copyedits, and in general gnoming. This has composed an increasingly greater part of my editing activities as of 2018, and about 90% of my editing as of 2022 [I joined the Guild of Copy Editors in, iirc, 2020]). I also enjoy patrolling WP:Random article and adding internal links, which I love, where useful and appropriate (though please be sure to let me know if I ever violate WP:Overlink). :) In addition, I can be spotted adding redirects here and there, especially state abbreviation redirects for places that do not yet have them (e.g., "Anytown, MA" for "Anytown, Massachusetts"). Remember this: Redirects are cheap. A recent gnoming project of mine has involved searching for initials and adding spaces between them, which is protocol on Wikipedia per Manual of Style: Initials. I also enjoy dashes (– and —) and will insert them where appropriate when they are a better choice than a hyphen (-). If I leave an edit summary that says "derp,” this means that I made a mistake in a previous edit, I realize and acknowledge the mistake, and I have fixed it.
If there is a field in which I edit an article and you have greater knowledge of the subject than I do, please do not hesitate to share that knowledge with me or to correct me using that knowledge in any way. My talk page is always open. Shoot me an email if you like at pmason15g@hotmail.com. My Twitter handle is @Calichusetts274. As the name implies, I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to live in both states, summering in Wakefield, Massachusetts (though I do not come from a snobbish wealthy family, I swear.) …But I digress! Lastly, if not most importantly, please do not let my username fool you into thinking I will refuse to talk with you if you are a Yankee fan. :)
Note (9/18/18): Click here to see my old, but much fuller, profile. I used to edit it frequently several years ago when I was considerably more active. While much of the information herein still applies to me, I have collapsed it because my levels of activity have decreased and it is quite simply outdated. Still feel free to browse, though, for user boxes and other fun stuff. :)
Welcome! For a much quicker and shorter explanation and summary of my main contributions and editing philosophies, please see the header message to my talk page here.

^ Note: For clarification purposes, I have no real connections with these articles from a fan's standpoint, it is just a sort of adopted article of mine, and hey, if I don't edit it, who will?

Tuolumne Meadows, Mammoth Lakes, Manzanar (December 1999, December 2011*) *the only two times in my lifetime that the Tioga Road has been open during our Christmas stay in Yosemite, affording us this beautiful and gratifyingly novel detour home to the Los Angeles area.
California native who loves to call Massachusetts my second hometown even though I've never lived there full-time because that's just how much I love Massachusetts =]
This does not include aforementioned relationships such as love of the Red Sox, Ducks, hatred of the Lakers and Yankees, etc. This includes only teams that do not inhabit Boston or Southern California, with the exception of the Yankees.
(Not including the Ducks as my love of them far supercedes any mere liking of any team listed here. These are just teams I think amicably of and don't mind their winning. This list also does not include the Bruins, who I am required to support =P): Winnipeg Jets Edmonton Oilers Florida Panthers (Have come to follow and like them somewhat from editing this article) Phoenix Coyotes (don't tell CASportsFan!) Colorado Avalanche
The last time you lost this many games, my father was only a year older than I am now!

Here's a thought: how about you simply challenge yourselves with making the playoffs, and then go for the championship when you can actually score more than 10 points a game. Although, if you could keep that up, I'd really appreciate it, as I'm loving it.
