Early Life: Robert F. Treat (born: Nov. 1, 1965) in Baltimore Maryland to Edwin F. Treat (born: Oct 6, 1931, died: Aug 11, 2004) and Carole S. Treat (born: Oct 1939). His Father was graduate of American Institute of Banking in Baltimore. His Father also worked in other lines of work, but his main work was as a businessman. His Mother has worked in the legal field for 30 plus years. Mr. Treat has one brother (Leonard) and five sisters (Sylvia, Karen, Donna, Holly, and Edie). He was very artistic as a child and won numerous awards in the field of art in all mediums. His Father wanted is son to become a mechanical draftsman. Robert had other ideas for his life.
