Hult Global Case Challenge The Hult Global Case Challenge is an annual international case competition that takes on global social challenges by generating ideas and solutions from students from around the world. [1] The organization is a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. [2]At the event, student teams of five from business schools from around the world are invited to participate at one of five international locations where teams compete to develop the best solutions around the proposed challenge area. Cities of competition include: Dubai, London, Boston, San Francisco and Shanghai.[3]
In the 2010 event, the competition took on education in partnership with One Laptop per Child.[4] The 2011 event has partnered with Matt Damon's water.org to take on the clean water crisis. A $1 Million Prize will be awarded to implement the winning team's solution [5]
President Bill Clinton is the keynote speaker for the 2011 event.[6]
