Sweet Solicitor Sweet Solicitor was a UK based racehorse in the 1980's. He was a chestnut gelding born in 1979, sired by Legal Eagle, out of Sharp and Sweet, whose sire was Javelot, a Group 2 racewinner in France on the flat. Sweet Solicitor raced in Britain under rules from 1981 to 1986 on the National Hunt and flat circuits. Despite his descent from Javelot, Sweet Solicitor was not a great success on the flat and is better remembered for his more impressive National Hunt performances, winning three times over hurdles and once in steeplechases. He was placed eight times over hurdles and four times in steeplechases. Sweet Solicitor also raced on the point to point circuit.
