Seli (also called Selimäe) is a village (küla) in Rae Parish, Harju County, Estonia. It is a chain-like village spreading for 3.5 km along Vaida-Pajupea road (road nr 11201).

Lake Limu (19.8 ha) situates at the administrative territory of Seli (not far from Limu village). The eastern border of the village goes along River Leivajõgi (23.7 km long). Lake Limu and River Leivajõgi are connected by Trummi ditch (1 km long).

The is an open pit mine (Seli mine) in the village where gravel is mined. Because of mining several artificial ponds have been created.

At a map Generalcharte von Ehstland, issued in 1844 the village has been marked as Sellimae. A map named Karte von Ehstland, issued in 1881 marks the village as Selli. At one of the first Estonian-language map, called Eestimaa kaart, issued in 1883 the village has also been marked as Selli.
