Rasta jay (born 20 August 1993) is a Rastafari Canadian singer-songwriter. He is the son of Susan Tales, his late grandmother, whom him honor inna music.

Life and career Rasta Jay was born in St Thomas Canada, growing up raised by his grandmother Susan Tales. While growing up, he taught himself to write songs, freestyle, sing, play drums, and bass.
In 2020, he released his first single, "One Nation", and a second single called "Duppy tings" under the self generated Iron Lion Records label. He since released 9 albums, and will be releasing a new one soon. Alongside a musician and practicing rastafari as well He is a Husband and a father, a woodworker and an ital farmer also.
In summer 2020, he was featured in the St Thomas times journal newspaper for his benefit concert "SMILE! St Thomas Reggae Benefit Show" which him and his team put together philanthropically for the citizens of the city August 22nd 2020, despite threats from government officials.
In September 2020, Rasta Jay Released 1 Album "A tribute fi Bob Marley" with the artists favorite covers he recorded of bob's music to celebrate his 75th in year 2020, which was produced by him independently. "One nation" was later re-introduced with a wonderful music video accompanying it, the first he'd recorded. All throughout september following the premiere of the new cover album he slowly released original track after original track and compiled them into a full release "Rastafari prophecies Ep".
When september ended and October began he took it upon himself to write a whole new album, with a brand new concept in mind and within 2 days alone everything was typed and it was now time to get in the studio and make history. Weeks following, Recording underway, and a handful of videos released on the official YouTube channel "Rasta Jay Iron Lion records Official" a surge came about in views.
Across the internet throughout social media outlets Rasta Jays cover of Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds", recorded during the first wave of the pandemic was plastered everywhere. Most notably was nothing was put into advertising, it went viral organically which was a great milestone. Currently over 1.2 thousand subscribers in over 100 countries known globally the new album release should be a major success.
