Hill Country Telephone Cooperative is a member-owned telecommunications cooperative based in the Texas Hill Country[1] providing telecommunication services in 15 exchanges located in 14 counties spread over 3500 square miles. The Cooperative is governed by a Board of Directors, with the 11 members representing nine districts[2]. The telephone cooperative is popularly known as HCTC. Other services include iFix[3],a fee-based service provided by Hill Country Telephone Cooperative.
