This page documents all significant tornadoes in the year of 2023. A significant tornado is one that has a rating of EF2 or higher on the Enhanced Fujita Scale.[1] Most significant tornadoes occur in the United States, but they've been recorded in every continent except Antarctica. Tornadic events are often accompanied by other forms of severe weather, including strong thunderstorms, strong winds, and hail.
